I’m on my third night (fourth day) of less than two hours of sleep a night, and about 3 hours of sleep during the day. I dearly wish I could figure it out, because I’ve gotten to the point where I’m freezing all the time and my eyelids are twitching.
Nothing is working. I’m on prescription medication that usually works, and have been taking it religiously but no dice. I’ve added in hot tea without caffeine and melatonin but didn’t work. Last night I did all of that and added my prescription anxiety medication thinking that would have to help- and it did for a couple of hours.
Normally when this happens it’s a mania jag, and I have to DO things but I have no energy. I have a call into my medical team but the ones I normally see aren’t in until Friday and that isn’t reassuring either- I’m not sure about others reviewing my files and tweaking my medication cocktail.
Yet I need sleep. Damn it.
